Emma and Michelle have a combined fifty years of executive search, recruitment, and talent expertise. This experience brings value in many ways including a rich and diverse network, an exceptional eye and judgement on talent and the capacity to represent clients in a meaningful and progressive way. With a long-standing passion for the tech and digital sectors, they have focused on local and international executive search and selection engagements across a diverse spectrum of business ranging from founder led start-ups to ASX listed organisations and multinationals. In addition to a passion for tech and digital, Michelle and Emma have a love for the search and selection of people and culture executives.
